I ended up having to return my order it was straightforward. Like, I was expecting it to be more of a hassle, but the process was simple enough. The refund did take a few days to show up, which is kind of expected I guess, but support got back to me quickly whenever I reached out. So yeah, overall it was a good experience.

I had to swap a hoodie for a bigger size, and support got back to me the next day. It all worked out fine, just took a little longer than I was hoping. Still happy with it overall

I felt a bit pressured while shopping, and to make it worse, most of the things I actually wanted were out of stock. I kept looking around hoping to find alternatives, but it was frustrating...

I’ve ordered from plenty of places before, and usually the tracking gives you at least some idea of what’s going on. This one barely updated for days, so I kept checking over and over without really knowing where my order was. It ended up arriving late too, which was frustrating.

I ordered from design-theory.com and was disappointed when the package showed up. The box was super thin, there was barely any padding, and the corners were already smashed by the time it arrived. The item itself was dusty and had a few small marks from sliding around inside the box. I tried reaching out to support, but it felt like I was stuck in a loop of generic replies instead of getting any real help. For the price they charge, the packing really should be better. I probably won’t order again unless they actually improve this.

I kept thinking maybe it was just a small spot, but it got worse quickly. i expected it to hold up much better, so it was disappointing to see it break down so fast.

Trying to use the site on my phone was a bit of a mess. Everything felt clunky, and finding what I needed took way longer than it should have. Always love when a simple search turns into an unexpected adventure

Not saying it’s a scam, but I didn’t feel like I got enough value for the price. It was just too pricey for what you actually get, at least in my experience.
